Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We do not accept returns without prior approval via email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed via cash.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we process it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order separately.
